Salmon Salad with Green Goddess Dressing (healthy, easy, dinner ideas)

Ingredients

Salmon:

1 fillet of salmon

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

Green Goddess Dressing: 

1 avocado

2 cloves garlic

2 tbsp lemon juice

1/4 cup basil

1/4 cup greek yogurt

Salt & pepper taste

 

Method

  1. Mix the spices in a small bowl
  2. Brush the salmon with olive oil and seasoning
  3. Air fry at 400F for 12 minutes
  4. Green goddess dressing:
  5. Mix together in a food processor
  6. Assemble the salads 
  7. makes enough dressing for about 4-5 salads so I doubled the salmon
