Single Serving Apple Crisp
Paleo & Vegan Single Serving Apple Crisp. If you need an easy dessert, this is a good one! Just so cozy and feels like fall in a mug,
Ingredients
1 apple
½ tbsp coconut oil
½ tsp cinnamon
Crumble topping:
2 tbsp almond flour
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp coconut sugar
Method
Preheat oven to 350F
Heat a skillet over low medium heat.
Dice 1 apple and add to a skillet with a little coconut oil + cinnamon. Sauté until soft, about 3-4 minutes.
Grease a small ramekin or baking dish, add the apples to it.
In a small bowl, mix together the crumble:
2 tbsp almond flour
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp coconut sugar* optional but I wanted mine to taste sweeter like a dessert.
Mix the crumble ingredients together then sprinkle over the sautéed apples.
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350.
