Single Serving Apple Crisp (vegan, paleo, gluten free)

Ingredients

1 apple diced

1 tsp coconut oil 

1 tsp cinnamon. 
2 tbsp almond flour
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp coconut sugar*

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Heat a skillet over low medium heat.
  3. Dice the apple and add to a skillet with a little coconut oil + cinnamon.
  4. Sauté until soft, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Grease a small ramekin or baking dish, add the apples to it.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the crumble:  almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, and coconut sugar.
  7. Mix the crumble ingredients together then sprinkle over the sautéed apples.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350.
  9. enjoy! 

Notes

*optional, I wanted mine sweeter but it tastes great with or without it!
