Single Serving Paleo Banana Bread
This healthy, single serving paleo banana bread is the perfect breakfast for one!
Ingredients
1 ripe banana
1 egg
2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp almond butter
1/2 scoop of collagen/protein powder*
Method
- Preheat oven to 350F degrees
- Spray a ramekin or small baking dish with nonstick spray
- In a bowl, whisk the egg.
- Add in the banana and mash it with a fork
- Mix the egg and banana together, then add in the rest of the ingredients
- Pour into the dish and bake for 20-25 minutes
- Optional but once it’s done baking sprinkle with a little bit of coconut sugar before eating
