S’mores Cookie Bars

These healthier s’mores cookie bars are an easy, healthy dessert that are simple and gluten free. Made with almond flour, coconut sugar, and a bunch of delicious ingredients. Perfect healthy dessert for the holidays as well. Healthy holiday dessert everyone will love.

Ingredients

2 eggs

2/3 cup almond butter

1 cup almond flour

2 tbsp coconut flour

1/2 cup coconut sugar

1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup marshmallows

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In a bowl, whisk 2 eggs
  3. Then add in everything else besides the chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  4. Mix well with a hand mixer.
  5. Add the chocolate chips and marshmallows in. Fold in with a spatula.
  6. Line a brownie pan with parchment paper.
  7. Add the batter to the pan
  8. Bake for 25-27 minutes.
  9. Let cool. slice, and enjoy 🙂
