Ingredients

1 medium Sweet Potato

Avocado Oil

Red Pepper Flakes

Method

  1. Spiralize the sweet potato
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat
  3. Add in enough avocado oil to coat the pan
  4. Add in the sweet potato noodles
  5. Cook for 10 minutes or until soft
  6. Topp with red pepper flakes, your favorite pasta sauce, or eat them plain!
