Breakfast, mid morning snack, afternoon snack, after dinner snack, dessert- I&#8217;ll make any excuse to eat these haha. They have oatmeal in them so they&#8217;re definitely breakfast approved haha. Plus they&#8217;re made with minimal ingredients and ready in less than 15 minutes. These 4 Ingredient Oatmeal Cookies are a must make! </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Recipe Steps: </h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The best thing about this recipe is how easy it is! Yes they also taste great but in my opinion recipes always taste better when they require less work haha. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">In a bowl, you&#8217;ll whisk an egg before adding in the other 4 ingredients. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">You&#8217;ll mix everything together well with a spatula then add in any additions you want (See below for my favorite add ins). </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Then take a cookie scoop and add the batter to a greased baking sheet. Then flatten the cookies with a fork. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">You&#8217;ll bake the cookies for 12-14 minutes. Then let the cool before eating them all in one sitting. Kidding&#8230;. kind of haha. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">For the <a href="https://rstyle.me/+09J2pmMTBjIjpQJrToemVw" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">peanut butter</a>&#8211; sub any other nut butter like a <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://rstyle.me/+ow0fUoQBQjVIioOPwZU32w" target="_blank">creamy almond butter</a> or a tasty <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://rstyle.me/+zpRyt3r4R5B0ZUgOPEoU-g" target="_blank">cashew butter.</a> For nut free options, use some <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://rstyle.me/+0Y057WVePfKZ6F4npuHtHQ" target="_blank">sun butter</a>. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">For the <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://rstyle.me/+sj1bP0W9AU2W3SC9ljgAaQ" target="_blank">maple syrup</a>&#8211; you can sub honey. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">For the egg- you can sub a flax seed egg (1 tbsp <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://rstyle.me/+aiK_4RTPWZWMzrtgbbjzsg" target="_blank">flaxseed meal</a> + 2.5 tbsp water mixed together and let thicken for 5 minutes) </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Dried fruit- raisins, prunes, dried berries </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Chocolate Chips- <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://rstyle.me/+5SPycFmXaJq-v4XAH3c_og" target="_blank">these</a> are my current favorite! </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Chopped nuts- pecans are absolutely delicious in these. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Flavored protein or collagen. This <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://rstyle.me/+5qeCjNu4TAMBg0klqO9NYQ" target="_blank">vanilla collagen is</a> SO good. </p>
