This taco salad with cilantro lime dressing is one of my favorites to put together when I just need something quick. It&#8217;s a classic for a reason! You can use so many different fresh ingredients and the dressing really brings out all of the flavors. It&#8217;s even better with tortilla chips on the side!</p>

Earlier this week, we had chicken teriyaki pineapple boats (<a href="https://choosingbalance.com/chicken-teriyaki-pineapple-boats/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">recipe</a>). Then last night we made these cajun fish tacos with mango guacamole. I used paleo, gluten free tortillas. That’s the main reason I love my instant pot, the meals are quick and so easy. I prefer it to a crockpot for this reason.</p>

<p id="instruction-step-7"><span style="font-weight: 400">Assemble the salads in 4 containers, leaving that meat separate so you can heat it up! </span></p>

It&#8217;s a light, delicious, simple pasta recipe with flakey lemon salmon, parmesan cheese, and a little bit of spice. I love these kinds of meals for warm nights at home &#8211; this one only takes about 15 minutes to put together. Something about a lemony pasta just says spring! <p id="instruction-step-7"><span style="font-weight: 400">7: Add cooked pasta to a bowl </span></p>
