These sesame chickpeas with almond butter sauce are one of my favorite vegan recipes. It’s great fe using this almond butter sauce on other recipes to, or meal prep or just great to make for dinner. <p id="instruction-step-2"><span style="font-weight: 400">2) Add the bacon to a pan lined with parchment paper (for easier clean up) </span></p>
<p id="instruction-step-3"><span style="font-weight: 400">3) Bake for 15 minutes </span></p>
<p id="instruction-step-4"><span style="font-weight: 400">4) While the bacon cooks, add the ingredients of the avocado ranch to a food processor or blender </span></p>

<p id="instruction-step-6"><span style="font-weight: 400">6) Cut up lettuce and tomato </span></p>
<p id="instruction-step-7"><span style="font-weight: 400">7) When the bacon is done, either assemble your wrap for the next day or store ingredients in separate containers to make the night before or day of. </span></p>
<p id="instruction-step-8"><span style="font-weight: 400">8) I don’t recommend making them more than 24 hours in advance because the sauce can make the wrap soggy. If you don’t mind that, you definitely can make them ahead of time! </span></p>

<p id="instruction-step-6"><span style="font-weight: 400">Add to the oven and bake for 15 minutes </span></p>
<p id="instruction-step-7"><span style="font-weight: 400">While those cook, prepare the burger ingredients. </span></p>
<p id="instruction-step-8"><span style="font-weight: 400">Chop the pepper, onion, mushrooms, and spinach.</span></p>
<p id="instruction-step-9"><span style="font-weight: 400">In a small bowl, mix all the spices together  to create your fajita seasoning (you could use a pre-made packet as well!)</span></p>
<p id="instruction-step-10"><span style="font-weight: 400">In a large bowl, add the ground chicken, veggies, and spice mixture. Mix everything together with a spatula then form burgers.</span></p>
<p id="instruction-step-11"><span style="font-weight: 400">Makes 5-6 burgers.</span></p>
<p id="instruction-step-12"><span style="font-weight: 400">Add to the sheet pan</span></p>
<p id="instruction-step-13"><span style="font-weight: 400">Cook for about 7 minutes on each side. I always use a meat thermometer to check the temp! </span></p>
