Turkey Pasta Bake
Veggie Packed Turkey Pasta Bake. A cozy and delicious dinner perfect for fall and winter 🍂 I love a pasta bake in the fall!
Ingredients
1 lb gluten free pasta (I used @eatbanza)
1 lb. ground turkey
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
1 cup onion, diced
1 cup spinach
4 cups pasta sauce of choice
Spices:
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Method
Preheat oven to 400F
Boil a pot over water over high heat. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add oil + ground turkey. Cook until the turkey is browned
Add chopped mushrooms, onions, & spinach + spices
Sauté 4-5 minutes
Add marinara sauce and bring the pan to a simmer
Add the pasta + 1 cup mozzarella cheese
Stir together
Transfer to a casserole dish
Sprinkle with remaining cheese
Bake for 25 minutes
Serve and enjoy!
