Ingredients
Oatmeal:
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats*
1 1/2 cup almond milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Cinnamon Apples:
2 apples
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp cinnamon
Method
- Heat up the milk and oats together until they start bubbling
- Then add in the maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg
- Stir together and let it cook for 8-10 minutes until it thickens
- For the sautéed apples, dice your apples
- Heat a skillet over low medium heat and add the coconut oil
- Then add the apples and cinnamon
- Sauté until they’re soft, about 5-6 minutes!
- I added some organic peanut butter on top!
