Buffalo Brussels Sprouts (paleo, vegan)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb brussel sprouts
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp oil of choice
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Sprinkle of salt and pepper.

Method

  1. cut the brussels in halves or thirds and add to a bowl.
  2. Then add the oil + spices + hot sauce + nutritional yeast and mix well, coating all the brussel sprouts
  3. Grease a baking sheet and add them to it.
  4.  Bake for 30-35 minutes at 400F, flipping halfway through.
  5.  Enjoy! Pair with some grilled chicken or salmon or just eat by themselves!
