  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • 2 tbsp gluten free rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp vegan vanilla protein
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

 

Method

  1. Blend all of the ingredients
  2. I used Kite Hill greek style yogurt on the rim with some cinnamon 
  3. makes 1 smoothie
