Vegan Cookie Dough Bites (gluten free, paleo)

Ingredients

1 cup almond flour
1 tbsp coconut flour
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/4-1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Method

  1. Mix everything together in a bowl
  2. Put it in the fridge for an hour, remove
  3. Roll into balls (makes about 10)
  4. Store in the fridge for 4-5 days!
