Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chickpea flour
- 2 cups water
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup mushrooms
Method
- Mix together everything except the spinach and mushrooms
- Then fold in the veggies
- Grease 12 muffin tins well
- Add batter about 3/4 of the wa
- Bake at 375F for 35 minutes, let cool 10 minutes.
- Use a knife to cut the edges loose to get them out!
- makes 12 cups
