Buffalo Chicken Flatbread
Slightly spicy, packed with flavor. These buffalo chicken flatbreads are a fun twist on a classic recipe.

Ingredients
4 flatbreads
Olive oil
1/2 red onion
1 1/2 cup chopped kale
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
Blue cheese
Buffalo chicken:
1 lb ground chicken
1/2 cup hot sauce
1/4 cup mayo
2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Heat a pan over medium heat
Add olive oil
Add ground chicken + spices
Sauté until browned (about 5-7 minutes)
Add hot sauce and mayo and stir
Drizzle olive oil on the flatbreads
Add buffalo chicken
Add cheese
Add sliced onions and chopped kale
Bake at 400F until the cheese is melted (about 5 minutes)
Remove and enjoy! Add the blue cheese and more hot sauce on top!
