Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp canned pumpkin
- 1/2 scoop Ancient Nutrition collagen (*optional* )
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa poweder
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Method
- Combine all ingredients into a jar or container with a lid
- Shake or mix it up and store in the fridge overnight
- Eat the next day with allllll the toppings
