Ingredients
- 2 oz Aperol
- 1 oz pomegranate juice
- 3 oz prosecco
- Flavored sparkling water or soda of choice, to top (I used blood orange)
- Ice
- Optional: Orange slice, pomegranate seeds, or food-safe Halloween eyeball garnish
Method
- Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- Pour in 2 oz Aperol and 1 oz pomegranate juice.
- Slowly add 3 oz chilled prosecco.
- Top with a splash of blood orange sparkling water or your favorite flavored sparkling soda.
- Gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with an orange slice or festive Halloween garnish, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
