Ingredients
Sandwich
- 1 bagel of choice
- 3–4 slices turkey
- 1 slice cheese of choice
- 2–3 slices crispy bacon
- Arugula
- 1/4 avocado, sliced or mashed
Honey Mustard Sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Method
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
- Toast the bagel until golden brown or layer the turkey, cooked bacon, and one slice of provolone on and toast until the cheese is melted
- Layer turkey, cheese, bacon (if you haven’t already), avocado, and arugula onto the bottom half of the bagel
- Spread the honey mustard sauce generously on both halves of the toasted bagel.
- Top with the remaining bagel half and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use cheddar, Swiss, provolone, or pepper jack cheese for extra flavor.
- Add tomato or red onion for additional crunch and freshness.
