Christmas Tree Pizza Bites 🍕 comment “Christmas Tree” for a link to the baking dish I used! This is another meal my toddler loves, I’ve also made pancakes in it! 🎄 -

Ingredients:
•6 pieces of crescent roll dough
•1/2 cup pizza sauce
•1 cup mozzarella cheese
Garlic butter:
•2 tbsp melted butter
•1 tsp garlic powder
•sprinkle of salt
•1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions:
•Preheat oven to 350F
•grease the Christmas tree dish well
•put one slice of crescent roll dough into a Christmas tree, only put half in so you can save the other half to fold over the top
•press it into the sides so it will hold the shape of the Christmas tree
•repeat for each Christmas tree
•add in sauce and mozzarella
•fold over the other half of the crescent roll, pinching together to make sure it’s fully covered
•bake at 375F for 15 minutes
•in a small dish, mix together the melted butter and spices
•remove and brush with the melted butter mixture
•enjoy!

Mini Chicken Pot Pies, a perfect easy family friendly dinner. My toddler loved this recipe!!

Ingredients:
* 1 cup shredded, cooked chicken
* 1, 10 ounce can cream of chicken soup
* 1 cup mixed frozen vegetables (peas, carrots, & green beans is what I used), defrosted .
* 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
* 1/4 cup chicken broth
* Spices: 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
* Preheat the oven to 375F.
* Combine the chicken broth , mixed vegetables, chicken, spices and cream of chicken soup in a medium pot. Bring to a simmer and let simmer for 10 minutes
* Separate each of the biscuits and place them into a greased muffin tin.
* push the dough starting in the middle, then working the dough up the sides of each of the muffin compartments, as high as it will go.
* Add the filling to each of the compartments (approximately 2 Tablespoons each).
* Bake at 375F for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
* remove and enjoy!

I just did 1 shot of vodka per can but I poured out half to save for another drink + added ice. Pecan Pie Protein Bites! Such an easy and tasty snack or dessert for this time of year!

Ingredients:
1 cup pecans
1 cup dates
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup protein powder
1 tsp cinnamon

•Combine all of the ingredients into a food processor and process until well combined
•Use a cookie scoop to scoop out a ball and then roll in your hands to smooth it out more
•Add to a plate lined with parchment paper
•place in the fridge for 1 hour
•enjoy! Store in the fridge
•makes about 8-10 balls
•optional to top with icing or Greek yogurt

Hot Honey Whipped Pumpkin Feta 🍯 If you need an appetizer to add to your Thanksgiving menu, this is it!

Recipe:
8 ounces feta cheese
1/2 cup full fat Greek yogurt
1/3 cup pumpkin purée
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup hot honey (or use regular honey if you don’t want any spice)
Instructions:
Crumble the feta into a food processor and process for 1 minute
Then add in Greek yogurt + pumpkin and process until smooth (about 3-4 minutes)
Then add in the honey with a spatula
Top with some more hot honey, red pepper flakes, thyme, salt, and pepper to taste!
