Ingredients
For the Sliders
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 package pretzel sliders (9-pack) or Hawaiian rolls
- 4–5 slices cheese of choice
- 2 tbsp burger seasoning
- 1 tbsp melted butter (optional)
Easy Burger Sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp pickle juice
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease a casserole dish and press the ground beef evenly into the dish. Sprinkle burger seasoning over the top.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the beef reaches your desired internal temperature.
- Drain the grease and discard pan juices. Carefully remove the cooked beef and set aside.
- Wipe or quickly rinse the casserole dish to prevent soggy buns.
- Grease the dish again and place the bottom halves of the slider buns into the pan.
- Using one or two spatulas, carefully transfer the beef layer onto the buns.
- Top the beef with cheese slices.
- Place the top buns on. Brush tops with melted butter if desired.
- Bake for another 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly toasted.
- While the sliders bake, whisk together all burger sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Serve sliders warm with burger sauce spread on the buns or served on the side.
