Spicy Brussel Sprouts
These healthy, gluten free spicy brussel sprouts are amazingly spicy and oh so tasty!
Ingredients
1 lb brussel sprouts
2 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp garlic
1 tbsp avocado oil
2 tbsp coconut aminos
Method
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Cut the brussel sprouts in half, add to a large bowl, then add in the rest of the ingredients
- Take a wooden spoon or spatula and mix the spices and oil in with the brussels
- Spray a pan with non stick spray and add the brussels to the pan
- Bake for 45 minutes
- Enjoy!
Notes
Use less sriracha if you like less spicy food
