Donut Hole Recipe Tips:
One of the reasons I think you’ll love this recipe beyond the taste is because of how simple it is! You combine all of the ingredients into a bowl, mix together and form the donut holes. Place on a plate lined with parchment paper (so they don’t stick), and place in the freezer for an hour. You want to do this so they harden!
After they’ve been in the freezer for one hour, remove and sprinkle with Simply Nature Powdered Sugar. The perfect topping for these no bake vegan pumpkin donut holes!

Ingredients
1/2 cup Simply Nature Almond Butter
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp Simply Nature Coconut Flour
1/4 cup Specially Selected Maple Syrup
1 tsp Simply Nature Organic Cinnamon
1 tso Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Baker’s Corner Pumpkin Puree
2 tbsp Simply Nature Powdered Sugar
Method
- In a bowl, mix together the coconut flour, almond butter, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
- Then roll the dough into about 6-7 balls
- Line a small plate with parchment paper and place the donut holes on it
- Put the plate in the freezer for 1 hour
- Then remove and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
- enjoy! Store in the freezer.
