10 Minute Italian Pinwheels

These 10 minute Italian Pinwheels make the perfect easy and healthy appetizer recipe! It’s a great meal prep recipe, too. These couldn’t be easier to make, but they are still packed with flavor and nutritious ingredients. A quick, 10 minute recipe that is perfect for meal prep or for an appetizer. You’ll love these Italian Pinwheels.

Prep Time
10 Minutes



  • 6 tortillas 
  • Handful of spinach 
  • 18 slices of pepperoni 
  • 9 slices of salami 
  • 6 slices of cheese (I used provolone) 

Cream cheese mixture:

  • 8 ounce block cream cheese, softened 
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning 
  • 1/3 cup pepperoncini, chopped 
  • 1 tbsp pepperoncini juice (from the jar) 
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers 
  • 1 tsp garlic powder


1) In a bowl, combine the cream cheese with the peperoncini, peperoncini juice, Italian seasoning, garlic seasoning & roasted red peppers 

2) Take one tortilla, spread the cream cheese mixture on one side. 

3) Then layer the spinach, pepperoni, salami, & cheese. 

4) Roll & then slice 

5) Makes 6 servings!
