Honey Sriracha Chicken Tenders
These honey sriracha chicken tenders are the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. They’re also grain free and gluten free! I love some spicy food so these are right up my alley. A fun spin on a childhood staple for me! No way would I have gone near these as picky 10 year old though haha. My former picky eater self doesn’t know what she was missing out on! What You Need For This Recipe:
Chicken Tenders
Egg
Spices
garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, paprika, salt, and peper
Recipe Tips:
These honey sriracha chicken tenders are great in the oven! They don’t require as much work as making them in the skillet. You can also try making them in the air fryer! I think the oven method gets them pretty crispy though.
You’ll want to line a baking pan with parchment paper. Then you need two shallow bowls. You want them to be shallow so you’re able to dip the tenders in it.
Dip the chicken tender in the egg mixture first then the flour mixture. Place on the parchment paper. Bake then brush the honey sriracha sauce on top. Serve with ranch! Makes 6-7 tenders.

Ingredients
1 lb chicken tenders (about 6–7 tenders)
1 egg
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 tbsp nutritional yeast (can omit or sub Parmesan cheese)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Honey sriracha sauce:
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp honey
3 tsp sriracha
2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp salt
Method
- Take 2 shallow bowls big enough to dip the chicken tenders in.
- Add the egg to one and whisk
- Add the coconut flour + spices to the other and mix together.
- Take a chicken tender, dip in the egg, dip in the flour mixture. Repeat for each tender.
- Bake at 400F for 10 minutes, flip, bake for 10 more minutes.
- Check the internal temp of the chicken to make sure it’s done!
- In a small bowl, mix together the honey sriracha ingredients.
- Brush the chicken tenders with it.
- Served with this paleo ranch.
