They’re so quick to make, they’re a great last minute Christmas morning breakfast. Nobody will know you didn’t plan these out days in advance 😉 What’s your favorite Christmastime flavor?! Mine is hands down gingerbread! I know a lot of people love a peppermint chocolate baked good so scroll down for a donut version of that flavor!

Gingerbread Donuts (paleo, gluten free)

What You Need For This Recipe:

Eggs

Cashew Butter (or any nut butter)

Almond Flour

Maple Syrup

Coconut Sugar

Ginger

Cinnamon

Vanilla

Baking Powder

Coconut Butter

Donut Pans

Gingerbread Donuts (paleo, gluten free)

Recipe Tips:

I recommend using a silicone donut pan because it makes getting the donuts out of the pan so much easier! You can find them here on Amazon. Make sure you still grease the donut pan before adding the batter though!

For the icing, if it’s too thin you can stick it in the freezer for a few minutes to get it to harden. You can also just use powdered sugar with a splash of milk if you don’t have coconut butter!
