Apple Turkey Burgers

Apple Turkey Burgers, a 15 minute fall dinner. An easy and quick weeknight dinner recipe. 

Apple Turkey Burgers (15 minute meals, easy dinner)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup diced apple
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach
  • 2 tbsp quick cooking oats
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp Rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method

  1. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Form about 6-7 patties
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat
  4. Add some olive oil
  5. Cook the patties for about 6 minutes on each side (until internal temperature is 165F)
  6. Add some cheese on and let it melt for a minute!
  7. Remove and serve! These are also great leftover!
