This recipe makes two so it’s perfect for a little date night in. But… we normally go back to make seconds at least haha. So definitely double the recipe if you want more! Strawberry Basil Margarita

A refreshing, easy cocktail that will be a crowd favorite. Made with simple, fresh ingredients like strawberries, basil, & limes.

Prep Time
5 Minutes


1/2 pint strawberries

1/2 cup tequila

Juice of 1 lime 

12 tbsp honey (depending on how sweet you want it) 

1 tsp lime zest 

23 sprigs of basil



Salt/sugar for rum


In a blender, combine the strawberries, tequila, honey, lime juice, & lime zest 

Blend until smooth 

Muddle the basil 

Add the strawberry mixture + basil to a cocktail shaker 

Shake to combine 

Pour over ice 

Add fresh lime and strawberries to garnish

Serve & enjoy!
