Strawberry French Toast Casserole
The perfect brunch dish! This strawberry french toast is a great recipe to make for a crowd. It’s easy to make and easy to serve.
Ingredients
1 loaf of bread, cut into cubes
5 eggs
2 cups oat milk
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Toppings:
1 cup strawberries
Powdered sugar to taste
Method
Preheat oven to 425F.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract and cinnamon.
Add bread cubes to a casserole dish in a single layer and pour melted butter on top all around.
Pour the mixture over the bread and gently stir to make sure each piece is coated
Cover the casserole foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
Top with fresh strawberries & powdered sugar!
