Banana

The easiest baby led weaning and/or toddler friendly spinach pancakes!
Ingredients
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup spinach
1 banana
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
Method
Add all of the ingredients to a blender
Blend until smooth
Heat a pan over low medium heat
Add oil
Add 1 spoonful of pancake mix
Repeat for about 3-4 mini pancakes in the pan
Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side
Remove and enjoy! This makes 10-12 mini pancakes!
