Ingredients
1 pound ground chicken or turkeyĀ
1 14 ounce package coleslaw mix
1 cup shredded carrotsĀ
1/2 diced onionĀ
2 tbsp coconut aminos (can sub soy sauce)Ā
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sesame oil
Spicy Mayo Sauce:
1/3 cup mayoĀ
1–2 tbsp srirachaĀ
1 tsp coconut aminos
Method
- Heat a pan over medium heatĀ
- Add a little oil, diced onion, and ground chicken/turkeyĀ
- Cook for 4-5 minutes, until cooked through
4. Stir in Coleslaw mix, carrots, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil and stir.Ā - Cover and let cook for 7-8 minutes, until the coleslaw is softenedĀ
- While it cooks, make your sauce. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir well
7. When the skillet is ready, serve and top with green onions + sauceĀ - Enjoy!
