Apple, White Cheddar, & Hot Honey Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

6 slices of bread 

1 apple 

1/2 onion, sliced thinly 

6 thin slices of white cheddar 

3 tbsp mayo 

6 slices of cooked bacon 

Hot honey 

Handful of spinach

Method

Add oil to a skillet over medium and caramelize the onions for 5 minutes 

Spread a thin layer of mayo on the outside of each slice of bread 

Layer the white cheddar, apple, bacon, onions, spinach, & hot honey 

Cook in the skillet for 5-8 minutes, until the cheese is melted 

Remove and enjoy! This makes 3 sandwiches
