Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookie Skillet
This peanut butter chocolate cookie skillet is the perfect dessert recipe. The skillet makes the cookie bars slightly crispy but still soft. I added lots of chocolate chips on top because you can never have too many. It’s gluten free too so if you follow a gluten free diet this will be perfect for you.
What You Need For This Recipe:
Eggs
Almond flour
Coconut flour
Peanut butter (any nut butter is fine)
Coconut sugar
Maple syrup or honey
Vanilla
Baking powder
Chocolate chips
What Else To Add:
You can add fruit into this recipe and leave out the chocolate chips. Fruit and peanut butter make it taste like a pb&j! So if you want something a little different, that would be a fun twist on this peanut butter chocolate cookie skillet.

These cookie dough cups are paleo, vegan, and gluten free. They’re also no bake so they are perfect to make in the summer! Forget turning on the oven to make cookies, make these delicious cookie dough cups instead.
These vegan cookie dough brownies are gluten free and absolutely delicious! I love brownies and I love cookie dough so combining them into one recipe is a pretty epic dessert! The brownies are made with sweet potato, maple syrup, cashew butter, cocoa powder, and some other easy ingredients. The cookie dough layer also has minimal ingredients and it’s so good on it’s own if you don’t want to go through the trouble of making the whole recipe haha.
Meal Prep Vegan Breakfast Cookies
These meal prep vegan breakfast cookies are also gluten free. Made with only 5 ingredients and you’re able to add in pretty much whatever you want! Chocolate chips, chopped nuts, granola, dried fruit, anything you’d add to your regular oatmeal. I love to make these for breakfast or to have on hand for a healthy snack throughout the day. They are sweetened with banana and maple syrup.
Use vegan chocolate chips to keep these vegan breakfast cookies vegan and gluten free rolled oats to keep them gluten free.
Another s’mores recipe over here (if you missed it- my s’mores cookies are here). These s’mores cookie bars are gluten free, ready in 25 minutes, and totally drool worthy. Like, melt in your mouth delicious. This is my first cookie bar recipe and I have to say, they may be my new favorite dessert. A mixture of cake, brownie, and cookie- what more could you ask for? Maybe a little melty marshmallow in the middle which luckily these cookie bars have.
