The perfect Christmas morning breakfast! Save to make for Christmas morning but also it’s delicious any morning you’re wanting an easy breakfast!

Ingredients:
* 1 loaf brioche bread
* 3 large eggs
* 1 cup milk
* 2 tbsp brown sugar
* 2 tbsp molasses
* 1 tsp ground ginger
* 1/2 tsp cinnamon
* 1/8 tsp nutmeg
* 1/8 tsp ground cloves
* vanilla extract
* pinch of salt
Instructions:
* Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl (besides the bread)
* Whisk to combine
* Grease a medium sized oven safe dish and add the bread
* Pour the French toast mixture over the bread, making sure to coat each piece.
* Optional: Cover with aluminum foil and store in the fridge overnight.
* Preheat oven to 350F
* If you stored in the fridge overnight, the next morning, carefully spoon any pooled liquid at the bottom of the pan over the top of the bread, redistributing it
* Also if you stored overnight, set the pan on the counter while the oven preheats
* Overnight cooking time: 30-35 minutes
* Immediate cooking time:20-25 minutes
* It takes longer to cook when you store overnight because the pan/bread is colder!
Remove and serve immediately!

Crockpot Tortellini Soup 🍲 the perfect weeknigh

Crockpot Tortellini Soup 🍲 the perfect weeknight dinner with tons of leftovers for the week! It takes minimal effort to make which is always a must during the week!

Recipe:
1 lb ground Italian sausage
1 small white onion
6 cups chicken bone broth
1/2 cup finely chopped carrots
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
14 ounce can diced tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato paste
Spices:
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
18 ounces tortellini pasta
2 1/2 cups baby spinach
4 ounce cream cheese (room temp)
Instructions:
* Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the Italian sausage meat and diced onion. Sauté for 5-7 minutes. Drain the fat and add to the crockpot 
* While it cooks, chop the carrots and celery. Add all ingredients except for the tortellini, spinach, and cream cheese to the crockpot. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
* When you have 30 minutes left, add the tortellini, cream cheese, and spinach. Stir and continue to cook on high.
* Serve and enjoy!

Santa Spritz 🎅🍸comment “Santa” for a link to this glass! If you’re a fan of Aperol spritz, you have to try this! Such an easy winter cocktail!

Ingredients:
* 2 ounces Aperol
* 2 ounces cranberry juice
* 4 ounces Prosecco
* Top with a splash of orange or lime sparkling water
* Rosemary, dried orange slices, & fresh cranberries for garnish
Instructions:
* Combine the ingredients in a glass over ice and stir together
* Top with rosemary, dried oranges, & cranberries
This makes 1 cocktail!

A delicious fall sandwich & a great way to use up

A delicious fall sandwich & a great way to use up extra turkey and cranberry sauce on Thanksgiving!

Ingredients:
* 4 slices of ciabatta buns or leftover rolls
* 12 ounces turkey or about 12 slices of turkey
* 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
* 8 ounces of Brie
Rosemary honey butter:
* 1/4 cup melted salted butter
* 1 tablespoons fresh rosemary finely chopped
* 1 tablespoons honey
* Add the butter and rosemary to a mixing bowl. Pour in the honey. Stir until well combined. 
Instructions:
1. preheat oven to 375F or preheat a skillet over medium heat
2. Layer the cranberry sauce, turkey, & Brie on the bread
3. Toast in the oven for about 10 minutes, until the brie is melted or cooked in the skillet for 10ish minutes
4. Remove and brush the top with the rosemary butter
5. Put back in the oven to toast for 2 minutes or the skillet for 2-3 minutes
6. Remove & enjoy!
