#ad Butternut Squash Baked Ziti 🍝 the tastiest fall pasta recipe, made with the best cheese from @galbanicheese! If you’re making any cheesy meals or appetizers this fall, you need to pick up some Galbani mozzarella cheese! It’s the best and so tasty in this baked ziti!

Recipe:
Ingredients:
* 4 cups cubed butternut squash
* 1 pound ziti (cooked)
* 1/2 cup spinach
* 1/2 white onion, diced
* 1 14 ounce can fire roasted tomatoes
* 1/2 cup whole milk
* Spices:
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp pepper
* 8 ounces fresh sliced @galbani mozzarella
* 4 ounces ricotta cheese
* 1/3 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs

Instructions:

* Preheat the oven at 400F
* Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Add the squash and drizzle olive oil on top & a sprinkle of salt/pepper.
* Bake for about 20 minutes
* Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
* Heat a large over medium heat. Add in diced onion + spinach and sauté.
* Once the squash is done cooking, add it to a blender + milk + tomatoes + spices. Blend until smooth
* Add the squash mixture to the skillet with the onion and spinach
* Add in the mozzarella and ricotta and stir until melted
* Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
* Add in the pasta
* Add the cheesy squash mixture and stir to coat all the pasta
* Sprinkle bread crumbs on top
* Bake at 400F for 25-30 minutes, until the top is crispy and the sauce is bubbling
* Serve & enjoy!

Ingredients:
3 cups shredded chicken
3/4 cup buffalo sauce
10 oz tortilla chips
2-3 jalapeños
1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Toppings:
buffalo sauce
Ranch
Cilantro
Green onions

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F
In a bowl, coat chicken with buffalo sauce
Line a pan with parchment paper
Spread chips onto it
Add buffalo chicken + mozzarella cheese + jalapeños
Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is nice and melted.
Enjoy!

The fall sandwich you need is here 🍎🍂This honey mustard chicken melt with a 3 ingredient apple slaw is a must make!

Recipe:
1 lb sliced roasted chicken
4 buns
4 slices of white cheddar

Apple slaw:
1 bag of coleslaw
2 apples, shredded
2 tbsp lemon juice

Honey mustard:
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey

Instructions:
•In a bowl, mix together the slaw ingredients
•In another bowl, mix together the honey mustard ingredients
•Preheat oven to 375F
•Line a pan with parchment paper
•assemble your sandwiches
•add a thin layer on honey mustard, then layer on the chicken
•top with white cheddar
•bake for 8-10 minutes
•add the apple slaw on top & enjoy!

Frozen Healthy Yogurt Banana Ghosts 👻 my daughter loved these and they only took me 5 minutes to make!! + they’re healthy so it’s a win for everyone!

Ingredients:
* 3 bananas, cut in half
* 1/4 cup plain vanilla yogurt
* 2 tbsp milk
Instructions:
* cut the bananas in half, peels on. It helps hold them together better!
* Optional but you can cut the bottoms like I did in the video!
* Remove the peel
* Add a popsicle stick in the middle
* Add the yogurt + milk to a glass
* Dip the banana in
* Add whatever you want to use for the eyes + mouth
* Place in the freezer for 1 hour! I put my on a pan lined with parchment paper to make them easy to remove
* Enjoy!
