This Pumpkin Baked Brie is the cutest addition to your fall charcuterie board! It is actually so much easier to make than you’d think. I always love having a fun, festive or themed snack for holiday gatherings, but they alway seem so daunting or time-consuming to make. It’s a busy time of year anyway, so I’m always trying to come up with holiday dishes that fit the season but are easy to put together. This Pumpkin Baked Brie is it! Pumpkin and cheese, what could be better? I know this will be a hit at any Thanksgiving, Friendsgiving, or holiday party you might have. Let me know what you think if you try it!

Puff pastry
Brie
Pumpkin butter
Egg white
Baking twine

The cutest addition to your fall charcuterie board! This pumpkin baked Brie is actually so much easier to make than you’d think!
Ingredients
1 puff pastry
1 wheel of Brie
1/4 cup pumpkin butter
1 egg white
Baking twine
Method
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Spread out the puff pastry on a piece of parchment paper
- Add pumpkin butter to the middle and place Brie on top
- With a knife or pizza cutter, cut a circle around the Brie, enough to cover the entire thing
- Wrap the Brie with the puff pastry
- Then tie twine around the Brie, creating the pumpkin shape.
- Brush with egg white
- Bake for 20 minutes at 375F
- Remove and add to your charcuterie board!
