This vegan cinnamon roll smoothie is a great healthy breakfast that is ready in less than 5 minutes. Packed with healthy fats, carbs, and protein. This smoothie tastes like your favorite cinnamon roll but only has sugar from bananas! You can add in a little maple syrup if you want to make it sweeter. I added a yogurt rim with cinnamon which is so fun to do for smoothies.
Smoothie Ingredients:
You’ll need some dairy free milk, frozen banana, rolled oats, cinnamon, vegan vanilla protein, and cashew butter. I like Ritual vegan protein (discount code is 10peyton), it has a great vanilla taste! I like to use gluten free rolled oats as well.
Blender:
I use the Ninja Food Smoothie Bowl maker for smoothie recipes. You can use it for a lot more than just smoothies though! It’s great for sauces, dressings, soups. etc. It blends really well and I’ve never had any issues with it. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new blender right around $100.

- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- 2 tbsp gluten free rolled oats
- 1 tbsp vegan vanilla protein
- 1 tsp cinnamon

- Blend all of the ingredients
- I used Kite Hill greek style yogurt on the rim with some cinnamon
