Ingredients

3 diced ripe avocados

1/2 cup diced tomatoes 

1/3 cup diced red onion 

1/3 cup chopped parsley 

Juice of 1/2 lime 

1 tsp garlic powder 

1/2 cup crumbled feta 

2 tbsp olive oil 

Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Mix everything together in a bowl but don’t mash the avocado! 

Serve & enjoy!
