Turkey Pasta Bake

It’s a quick gluten free recipe to make and it is most definitely a crowd pleaser. I highly recommend taking this to a holiday gathering, a potluck, or Friendsgiving! It’s a fun twist on a traditional turkey or pasta dish. This Turkey Pasta Bake is the perfect meal prep recipe for dinners or lunches, as well. Ground turkey

Spinach

Pasta sauce

Ingredients

1 lb gluten free pasta (I used @eatbanza)Ā 

1 lb. ground turkey

1 cup mushrooms, choppedĀ 

1 cup onion, diced

1 cup spinachĀ 

4 cups pasta sauce of choiceĀ 

Spices:

1 tsp garlic powderĀ 

1 tbsp Italian seasoningĀ 

1 tsp saltĀ 

1/2 tsp black pepper

Method

Preheat oven to 400F

Boil a pot over water over high heat. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set asideĀ 

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add oil + ground turkey. Cook until the turkey is brownedĀ 

Add chopped mushrooms, onions, & spinach + spicesĀ 

SautĆ© 4-5 minutesĀ 

Add marinara sauce and bring the pan to a simmerĀ 

Add the pasta + 1 cup mozzarella cheeseĀ 

Stir togetherĀ 

Transfer to a casserole dish

Sprinkle with remaining cheese

Bake for 25 minutesĀ 

Serve and enjoy!Ā
