Turkey Pasta Bake

I’ve got the cozy fall meal of your dreams…Veggie Packed Turkey Pasta Bake! It’s an easy and delicious dinner perfect for fall and winter. 🍂 I love a pasta bake in the fall! It’s a quick gluten free recipe to make and it is most definitely a crowd pleaser. I highly recommend taking this to a holiday gathering, a potluck, or Friendsgiving! It’s a fun twist on a traditional turkey or pasta dish. This Turkey Pasta Bake is the perfect meal prep recipe for dinners or lunches, as well. Gluten free pasta

Ground turkey

Mushrooms 

Onion

Spinach

Pasta sauce

Garlic powder 

Italian seasoning 

Salt 

Black pepper 

Mozzarella cheese

Ingredients

1 lb gluten free pasta (I used @eatbanza) 

1 lb. ground turkey

1 cup mushrooms, chopped 

1 cup onion, diced

1 cup spinach 

4 cups pasta sauce of choice 

Spices:

1 tsp garlic powder 

1 tbsp Italian seasoning 

1 tsp salt 

1/2 tsp black pepper

Method

Preheat oven to 400F

Boil a pot over water over high heat. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside 

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add oil + ground turkey. Cook until the turkey is browned 

Add chopped mushrooms, onions, & spinach + spices 

Sauté 4-5 minutes 

Add marinara sauce and bring the pan to a simmer 

Add the pasta + 1 cup mozzarella cheese 

Stir together 

Transfer to a casserole dish

Sprinkle with remaining cheese

Bake for 25 minutes 

Serve and enjoy!
