Ingredients

1/3 cup coconut sugar (can sub brown sugar)Ā 

2 tbsp molasses

1 cup water

1 tsp cinnamon)Ā 

Ā½ tsp allspice

1 tsp gingerĀ 

Gingerbread Espresso Martini:

2 ounces Baileys Irish CreamĀ 

1 ounce coffee liqueur (ex: Kahlua)Ā 

2 ounces vodkaĀ 

12 tbsp gingerbread syrup (recipe above)Ā 

2 ounces espresso, cooled

12 ounces vanilla coffee creamerĀ 

Method

In a small pot, combine the gingerbread syrup ingredients.

Heat on the stove over medium heat, stirring until combined.Ā 

Let cool in the panĀ 

Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker + ice and shake well.Ā 

Strain into a glass and serve!
