Ingredients
1/3 cup coconut sugar (can sub brown sugar)Â
2 tbsp molasses
1 cup water
1 tsp cinnamon)Â
½ tsp allspice
1 tsp gingerÂ
Gingerbread Espresso Martini:
2 ounces Baileys Irish CreamÂ
1 ounce coffee liqueur (ex: Kahlua)Â
2 ounces vodkaÂ
1–2 tbsp gingerbread syrup (recipe above)Â
2 ounces espresso, cooled
1–2 ounces vanilla coffee creamerÂ
Method
In a small pot, combine the gingerbread syrup ingredients.
Heat on the stove over medium heat, stirring until combined.Â
Let cool in the panÂ
Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker + ice and shake well.Â
Strain into a glass and serve!
