Molasses

Coffee liqueur

Ingredients

1/3 cup coconut sugar (can sub brown sugar) 

2 tbsp molasses

1 cup water

1 tsp cinnamon) 

½ tsp allspice

1 tsp ginger 

Gingerbread Espresso Martini:

2 ounces Baileys Irish Cream 

1 ounce coffee liqueur (ex: Kahlua) 

2 ounces vodka 

12 tbsp gingerbread syrup (recipe above) 

2 ounces espresso, cooled

12 ounces vanilla coffee creamer 

Method

In a small pot, combine the gingerbread syrup ingredients.

Heat on the stove over medium heat, stirring until combined. 

Let cool in the pan 

Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker + ice and shake well. 

Strain into a glass and serve!
