Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cocktail

Ingredients

1 cup strawberries, plus more for garnish

1/2 cup coconut cream 

1/4 cup sugar

12 oz vodka 

2 oz baileys strawberry and cream liqueur

1/4 cup Chocolate + 1 tsp coconut oil for the rim

Method

  1. Add the chocolate and coconut oil to a small microwave safe container. 
  2. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and microwave again until melted 
  3. Dip the glasses in the chocolate then add to the fridge to chill 
  4. While the glasses chill, blend the strawberries, sugar, and coconut cream to a blender. 
  5. Blend until smooth and then strain 
  6. In a shaker, add the baileys, vodka, & 1/2 cup of the strawberry mixture to the glass. Shake and strain into a glass 
  7. Serve and enjoy! I added more chocolate and strawberries on top.
