Ingredients
4 slices of sourdough
Toom garlic dip (I measure this with my heart haha)
1 slicing tomato
1/4 cup pesto
1/2 cup mozzarella
Fresh basil
Method
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread Toom’s garlic dip on two slices of bread.
On one piece of toast, add 2 tbsp pesto, a slice or two of tomato, 1/4 cup mozzarella.
Layer the other piece on top, with the toom side facing out
Add a little oil to the skillet then add the grilled cheese. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
While it cooks, snack on the garlic dip and wait!
Serve and enjoy!
