Single Serving Apple Crisp
Fall means all the pumpkin recipes but we can’t forget about cinnamon apple recipes! This single serving apple crisp is the perfect little treat when you’re craving something sweet but don’t want to put in a ton of effort. Plus it’s gluten free, vegan, and paleo. I’m pumped to try this as a full version soon!

Recipe Tips:
Make sure you grease whatever small baking dish you use well before adding the apples! It just helped prevent the apples from sticking. You can use non stick spray or you can grease it with olive oil and a paper towel.
I haven’t tested this single serving recipe as a regular sized recipe yet but I’ll update if I do! I feel like it will work out but you never know with recipes.

Ingredients
1 apple diced
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp cinnamon.
2 tbsp almond flour
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp coconut sugar*
Method
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Heat a skillet over low medium heat.
- Dice the apple and add to a skillet with a little coconut oil + cinnamon.
- Sauté until soft, about 3-4 minutes.
- Grease a small ramekin or baking dish, add the apples to it.
- In a small bowl, mix together the crumble: almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, and coconut sugar.
- Mix the crumble ingredients together then sprinkle over the sautéed apples.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350.
- enjoy!

*optional, I wanted mine sweeter but it tastes great with or without it!
