Vegan Shamrock Shake

How fun is this festive shake? It’s delicious, vegan, and only uses a few ingredients including my favorite protein powder. It makes a great snack or dessert when you need something refreshing and healthy. It’s perfect for St. Patrick’s Day – or really any time of the year!

Vegan vanilla ice cream 

Spinach

Frozen bananas 

Vegan milk of choice


Topping Ideas

You can enjoy this shake on its own but I love adding some toppings. To make it feel more like a shamrock shake, add some crushed oreos on top and some almond milk whipped cream!

Vegan Cinnamon Roll Smoothie

This vegan cinnamon roll smoothie is a great healthy breakfast that is ready in less than 5 minutes. Packed with healthy fats, carbs, and protein. This smoothie tastes like your favorite cinnamon roll but only has sugar from bananas! You can add in a little maple syrup if you want to make it sweeter. I added a yogurt rim with cinnamon which is so fun to do for smoothies.

Easy vegan shamrock shake. You only need 6 ingredients to make this recipe.

Ingredients

1 cup vegan vanilla ice cream 

Handful of spinach (can add more to enhance the color) 

2 tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder 

1/2 tsp peppermint extract 

2 frozen bananas 

1 cup vegan milk of choice

Method

Add everything into a blender and blend until smooth.

Add more spinach to make your shake greener! 

Topped with  almond milk whipped cream and Oreos.
