BLT Pasta Salad

Name a better combo than bacon and pasta! This BLT pasta salad is a delicious (and healthier!) take on classic ingredients and flavors. It’s probably my favorite pasta salad recipe, which is saying. a lot because I love pasta salad of all kinds! If you’ve been following for a while, I’m sure you’ve noticed. You can take this one to a summer barbecue, pool party, or any kind of get together and it is sure to be a hit for everyone. It’s so easy to make and comes together in just 15 minutes – great for a last-minute dish or even a quick weeknight dinner. Let me know what you think about it!

What You Will Need For This Recipe:



Dairy free milk 

Avocado oil based mayo 

Lime juice 


Garlic powder 

Onion powder 

Salt & pepper 

Gluten free pasta

Chopped romaine 

Grape Tomatoes 

Cooked Bacon

Dairy free cheese

BLT Pasta Salad

My all time favorite pasta salad recipe! Perfect for warm summer days, backyard bbqs, or when you’re craving an easy dinner.

Avocado ranch dressing:

1 avocado 

1/4 cup cilantro 

1/4 cup dairy free milk 

1/2 cup avocado oil based mayo 

1 tbsp lime juice 

1 tbsp dill 

1/2 tsp garlic powder 

1/4 tsp onion powder 

Salt & pepper to taste 

Pasta Salad ingredients:

12 ounce gluten free pasta 

3 cups chopped romaine 

1 pint grape tomatoes halved 

1 1/2 cups cooked bacon, crumbled 

Optional: add in 1/2 cup dairy free cheese


Mix together the avocado ranch ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth 

Cook the pasta according to package instructions.

Rinse with cool water 

Add pasta, chopped romaine, crumbled bacon, & chopped tomatoes to a bowl.

Add the dressing on top.

Add cheese if you want, serve, & enjoy!

Makes 6-8 servings!
