Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Soup

I am in love with Instant Pot soups. I try to make other options because I know not everyone has an Instant Pot but it is by far the easiest and quickest way to make soup! And they’re so easy to clean which I love. I topped my buffalo chicken soup with some jalapenos and cilantro. Add some tortilla chips and avocado too- so good!

Paleo & Dairy Free Buffalo Chicken Dip

My favorite dish to make during football season! A big thing of this paleo and dairy free buffalo chicken dip. It’s got just enough spice and is so flavorful. Perfect paired with some tortilla chips or some veggies! Everyone knows football Sunday is only complete when you’ve got some delicious food, right?

Bang Bang Shrimp

Anyone else love to order bang bang shrimp as an appetizer when you’re out to eat?! Well now you can make a healthier version at home! This bang bang shrimp recipe is gluten free and paleo! I still pan fried the shrimp but you could try air frying them instead if you want to use less oil. These shrimp make eating at home feel like you’re basically out to eat, right? For real though, it’s way cheaper to make them at home and you control the ingredients!
