Strawberry Chicken Avocado Pasta Salad

I am such a fan of pasta salad in the summer – it’s a great meal prep or no heat lunch that you can put together with ingredients you have on hand quickly. This Strawberry Chicken Avocado Pasta Salad recipe will be on repeat this summer for sure. I was unsure when I first started playing around with this combo but I loved it! Using savory and sweet together is always a winner; the flavors in this pasta salad blend so well together. It would make a great unexpected dish to bring to an event or get together. They have a lot of flavor so you could just toss them on a bed of greens with a dressing! You can’t go wrong!

Strawberry Chicken Avocado Pasta Salad 🍓 

This pasta salad recipe will be on repeat this summer. I was unsure when I first started playing around with this combo but I loved it!!

16 ounces dry pasta

1 pint strawberries, halved 

1 1/2 cup shredded chicken 

1/2 cup feta cheese 

1/2 cup chopped spinach 

1 avocado, diced 

2 tbsp olive oil 

Salt & pepper to taste 

1/4 cup balsamic glaze of choice


1) Cook pasta according to package instructions 

2) Rinse under cold water and let it cool 

3) I used a rotisserie chicken and shred it, let it cool

4) Prepare the rest of your ingredients 

5) When the pasta and chicken are cooked, add everything except the balsamic glaze to a bowl 

6) Stir together 

7) Top with the balsamic glaze 

8) Serve and enjoy! Makes 6-8 serving
