I am OBSESSED with the pumpkin-chocolate combo recently! It doesn’t seem like it would go together…. but it does. Combined with the ease of overnight oats- this is one of my favorite breakfasts right now!
Not everyone is a fan of cold oats but the nice thing about overnight oats is you can easily heat them up in the morning if you’re a fan of warm oats! I’ll add a little more milk in to make them creamier then pop them in the microwave.
I added in some Ancient Nutrition Collagen to pack them with protein and all the other benefits collagen can have! It can help support healthy bones/joints as well as a healthy digestive system. Plus it’s totally tasteless so it doesn’t take away from the chocolate pumpkin goodness đ
For overnight oats- you just combine all the ingredients into a jar or container the night before. Shake it up and store it in the fridge! Whether you have to rush out the door or you can sit and enjoy it with a cup of coffee- it helps make your mornings less hectic!

Chocolate Pumpkin Collagen Overnight Oats
Easy on the go breakfast perfect for FALL.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp canned pumpkin
- 1/2 scoop Ancient Nutrition collagen (*optional* )
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa poweder
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Method
- Combine all ingredients into a jar or container with a lid
- Shake or mix it up and store in the fridge overnight
- Eat the next day with allllll the toppings
