Easy Whipped Feta with Strawberry Balsamic Topping
Whether you’re hosting a gathering, planning a romantic dinner for two, or simply seeking a quick and delicious snack, this Easy Whipped Feta with Strawberry Balsamic Topping is a versatile and crowd-pleasing option.
Ingredients
8 ounce feta
1/2 cup full fat yogurt
Strawberry topping:
1 cup chopped strawberries
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tbsp arrowroot powder (can sub cornstarch)
Method
Heat a pot over medium heat
Add the chopped strawberries and water
Let cook for 3-4 minutes
Add in honey and balsamic
Let simmer for a few more minutes
Stir in arrowroot powder and let thicken
Crumble the feta into a food processor and process for 1 minute
Then add in Greek yogurt and process until smooth (about 3-4 minutes)
Then add the strawberries on top
